Isotactic polypropylene is a type of polypropylene, which is a thermoplastic polymer made from the monomer propylene. In isotactic polypropylene, the propylene monomer units in the polymer chain have a consistent orientation, meaning that the methyl groups attached to the carbon atoms in the polymer chain all point in the same direction.
