Density of Semiconductors

Semiconductors are a class of materials that have electrical properties between those of conductors and insulators. In terms of density, semiconductors typically have densities similar to that of crystalline materials, ranging from about 2000 to 5000 kg/m3.

The following table provides a comprehensive list of density values for different semiconductors at standard room temperature (approximately 20°C or 68°F) and 1 atmospheric (atm) pressure. (1 atm = 101,325 Pa)
